Ross and north bay are two distinct island on the northern and eastern shore lines of Aberdeen harbor in Port Blair. Since both these islands are separated from port Blair by sea one has to take private boat to reach these islands which operates from Aberdeen jetty (Also called as Water Sports Complex) in Port Blair.

Presently the Boarding point is Aberdeen jetty in marina bay area in port Blair which is very close to Port Blair city about 3 to 5 km from most part of the city.
One has to reach Aberdeen Jetty Gate and collect Boarding pass from

between 9 to 5 pm.
Ross and north bay boat operates daily except on Wednesdays , public holiday or
adverse weather conditions .
there are three schedules available daily for Ross and north Bay
8:30 am depart form Aberdeen depart from ross- north 12:30 pm
9:30 am depart form Aberdeen depart from ross- north 1:30 pm
10:30 am depart form Aberdeen depart from ross- north 2:30 pm

Passengers are requested to report 30 min before at shop no1 , Aberdeen jetty and collect their boarding pass to proceed to waiting area in the harbour.
an announcement passengers can board the respective boats as per boarding pass details and id proof verified by local administrative officers who monitor boat capacity. on or before embarkment and sailing all passenger have to wear safety jacket provided by the boat operators and surrender the same on each sailing.
